*Sampling × 2: to take a sample card for manual checking.

*Depth detection unit × 2: to detect cavity depth.

Tape releasing × 1: to release chip.

Chip punching × 1: to punch chip, with 6 pin and 8 pin punching module combined together. Punching accuracy ± 50μm，Cpk>1.33

Chip embedding × 1: to embed chip, embedding accuracy ±0.01mm

Module presence detection × 1: to detect if the card been embedded or not.

Hot pressing × 4: to hot press embedded chip.

Cold pressing × 2: to cold press embedded chip.

Chip height detection × 1: to detect chip height.

Vision detection × 1: using OCR to detect chip embedding result.

ATS detection × 1: to detect ATS.

ATR detection × 1: to detect ATR.

Card loading magazine × 2: each with the capacity of 500 ISO card.

Milling Machine Feature

*Two card input modules adopts vacuum system and card sensing system is capable to detect double card and missing card.

*Machine adopts mechanical positioning system, which positioning accuracy is higher than traditional cylinder system.

*High speed spindle motor adopts water-cooling system.

*Machine X Y Z motion control by servo motor. X-Y axis accuracy: ±0.015mm, Z axis accuracy: ± 0.015mm, flatness accuracy: ±0.005mm.

*Z axis depth is adjusted by the servo close loop control.

*Dusts and shaving will be vacuumed by a vacuum chamber.

*All the components adopt international well-known brands which ensure machine in high quality.

*The whole machine is controlled by a PC.

Embedding machine Feature

Embedding machine is controlled by PC and servo motor.

The direction of milled and un-milled card will be automatically inspected.

With 6 pin and 8 pin chip punching module combined together, different size of mould is easy to replace.

The pneumatic clip with the function of automatically adjustment will put the card on the desired place.

The optical-fiber sensor can test the IC card integrity before embedding.

IC card will be automatically positioned to ensure the high accuracy of embedding.

Embedded card is up to ISO7816 standard and the machine equipped with the device for testing the accuracy of the embedded chip.
